Drainage
Grass lined drainage ditches along the site perimeter collect storm water and convey it to Saint Louis Bay.
Security

The Facility is monitored by AST Security Services. Air conditioned guard building at main entrance is linked to the phone system, cameras, alarm panels, etc. The perimeter is enclosed by 6’ chain link fence, with gates at plant entrances which are remotely controlled from the guard building.

Fire Protection

Complete sprinkler coverage, with ESFR coverage in the warehouse areas. 235 hp Caterpillar diesel pump and 5hp electric jockey pump. 300,000-gallon reserve water tank. Facility protected by FCI 7200 fire alarm control system, consisting of main panel and four remotes. Currently monitored by AST Security Services. The fire insurance rating is Class 5.

Fencing
Six (6)-foot chain link fence with three strands of barbed wire around the entire facility.

Five hundred twenty six (526) parking spaces. About 60% of the outside area is asphalt-paved parking space; the rest is  grassy open lot.
